This page explains how the TradeOffice website uses information when you browse jobs, sign up for alerts or submit a listing.

Browsing and analytics

You can browse and filter jobs without creating an account. The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions, including clicks on job links and the alert signup link. These events may include the listing identifier and destination URL, along with browser and device information collected by the analytics service. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Job alerts

The email signup form is hosted by Brevo. If you subscribe, your email address is used to provide the job alerts you request. Follow the confirmation instructions sent to your inbox. You can unsubscribe using the link in an alert email. Opening the signup form alone does not subscribe you.

Listing submissions and contact

Our job submission form is hosted by Google Forms. Information you submit is used to review the listing and respond when needed. If you email TradeOffice, we receive your address and the contents of your message. Avoid sending sensitive personal information, resumes or job applications to TradeOffice; apply through the employer’s recruiting system.

Other websites

Job links lead to employer websites or recruiting services. Those services, along with Google and Brevo, handle information under their own privacy policies. TradeOffice does not control their application forms or data practices.

Questions and requests

For questions about information you provided to TradeOffice, corrections or deletion requests, email jobs@tradeofficejobs.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant request or subscription.
